When to go and what to choose
If you pick one spot, take Burj Khalifa at sunset, the classic with the widest view. If you want a view plus the atmosphere, choose a pool-bar on high, pricier but with a cocktail and no crowd. With children the frame and the wheel are easier, calm and clear.
