What we do
Gett Travel is a travel service that arranges tours, yacht charters, attraction tickets, and transfers across the UAE. We act as an intermediary between you and a local provider (e.g. a DTCM-licensed tour company or yacht charter). We are not the carrier or hotelier ourselves.
Booking
A request via the site or messenger is not an automatic confirmation. We contact the provider, confirm availability, and send you a confirmation on Telegram, WhatsApp, or email with price, date, and services. Only after your acknowledgement is the booking active.
Payment
Most services can be paid on the day in Dubai — cash in AED, Visa/Mastercard, or via SBP through our Russian acquirer partner. For premium yachts and large groups we request a 30% deposit before the date. All site prices include VAT and have no hidden fees.
Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Beyond that depends on the provider: tours are usually free to cancel up to 48 hours before, yachts and Burj Khalifa up to 72 hours. Exact terms are in your confirmation. Force-majeure (medical certificate, cancelled flight) — we handle case by case.
Liability
Gett Travel is liable for accurate booking and our manager's work. For the provider's conduct (late guide, vehicle breakdown, yacht weather) the provider itself is liable. We recommend taking travel insurance before your trip — we can suggest trusted partners.
