Golf in Dubai 2026: the best courses, prices and how to book a tee time
Championship courses with a skyline view, year-round play and star tournaments. Where to play, what a green fee costs, and the dress code to note.
The short version
Dubai is a strong golf destination: championship courses kept in shape year-round, world-tour tournaments and skyline views. Play runs all year, but the best season is October to April, with early-morning rounds in summer because of the heat. Tee times are booked ahead, a dress code applies, and club hire is available at every course.
The best courses
- Emirates Golf Club (Majlis), the legendary course, host of the Hero Dubai Desert Classic.
- Jumeirah Golf Estates (Earth), the DP World Tour Championship finale.
- Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, a view over the creek and marina.
- Trump International Golf Club, a modern premium course.
- The Track, Meydan, handy from the centre, with floodlit evening play.
Prices, a guide
- A green fee at top courses: 600–1,500 AED per round
- A twilight rate in the afternoon: 30–40% cheaper
- Club hire: 150–300 AED, a cart usually included
Prices depend on the course and season, so we will confirm current slots and rates for your dates when booking.
Dress code and rules
- A collared polo shirt, no denim, soft spikes.
- Tee times are strict, arrive early.
- In summer play early morning, by midday it is hot.
Tip: for sunset rounds and floodlit courses (Meydan), take a twilight slot, it is cheaper, cooler, and the views of the lit-up city are far better.
Golf fits well into a premium trip, and other luxury formats are in the luxury experiences guide. Send your dates and playing level and we will book a tee time at the right course and find a hotel nearby.
